Product loop
From QR to redeem in one familiar loop
Replace paper punch cards with a digital Wallet pass your staff can stamp and redeem in seconds.
-
Guest joins with a QR code A table tent or door QR opens the venue join page. Guests claim a pass once—no loyalty app to install.
-
Save to Google Wallet (or open the web pass) The pass lives on their phone. Android guests can add it to Google Wallet; anyone can use the web pass, including iPhone.
-
Staff scan to stamp—then redeem At the bar, staff open the scanner, scan the pass, and add a visit stamp. When the card fills, the same scan flow starts redemption.
Built for bars
Visit-based rewards fit how regulars already drink
Paper cards get lost, soaked, and argued over. A phone pass shows up when the guest does—for weeknights, happy hour, and event programming alike.
- Regulars and locals Stamp progress follows the guest, so the “buy N, get a reward” habit stays intact without a shoebox of paper cards behind the bar.
- Happy hour and midweek traffic Give people a reason to return on quieter nights without inventing a new membership club or forcing an app install at the door.
- Weekly programming Trivia, bingo, live music, and run club nights already create return patterns—loyalty stamps reinforce the visits you already host.
- Event nights without a separate stack Keep the punch card as the core loop. Optional boards and bingo sit beside it when you want more engagement—not as a prerequisite.
Features
What your team actually uses
The product is a punch-card loop first: Wallet pass, staff scanner, stamps, redeem, and your venue branding.
- Wallet pass Guests save a Google Wallet pass or keep a web pass on any phone. Progress updates with each visit.
- Staff scanner Stamp and redeem from a phone or tablet browser at the bar—built for speed during service.
- Configurable stamps and reward Set how many visits unlock the reward and what the guest earns when the card fills.
- Redemption at the venue When the pass is ready, staff confirm redemption in the same scanner flow used for stamps.
- Venue branding Your bar’s name and messaging—not a generic multi-venue template guests confuse with somewhere else.
Optional event layer
Bingo and corkboard when you want more than stamps
Music bingo hosting and a venue corkboard can sit alongside the punch card for event nights. They are optional engagement tools—not the core loyalty pitch. Start with stamps; add programming when you’re ready.
FAQ
Common objections, answered straight
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code, claim a pass, and save it to Google Wallet—or use the web pass on any phone, including iPhone. There is no separate loyalty app to install.
Do we need a POS integration?
No. Stamps and redemptions run from a staff scanner in the browser. You do not need to connect PerksVisit to your point-of-sale system to run a visit-based punch card.
How long does staff training take?
Staff can learn the scanner in a few minutes: open it, scan the guest pass, and confirm the stamp or redemption. You can also put a self-service station on the floor so guests stamp themselves—each pass can be limited to one successful scan per day, so regulars cannot farm extra stamps.
What if a guest has an iPhone?
iPhone guests can use Google Wallet if they have it, or open the web pass link on their phone. The web pass works for stamps and redemption on any modern phone.
Can we brand the pass for our bar?
Yes. Venue name, stamp goal, reward copy, and related messaging are configured per venue so the pass matches your bar—not a generic template with another venue’s name.
