How to run music bingo at a bar

Music bingo is paper cards and a playlist. Guests mark squares while you play short clips. You do not need them to install an app. This guide is the night-of flow; the free generator makes the PDF.

Night-of steps

  1. Pick a playlist and print cards Choose a theme the room will know. The bar bingo card generator downloads a PDF of unique 5×5 cards with a free center square. Print enough for the tables.
  2. Hand out cards before the first song Guests play on paper. They do not join a phone app to mark squares. Give each player or team one card and a pen.
  3. Play a short clip and call the song Play a recognizable part of the track, name the song and artist, then move on. Keep a list of what you have already played.
  4. Check a bingo against songs already played When someone calls bingo, compare their card with that list. A line—or a full card, if that is the prize—only counts for songs you called.
  5. Claim the prize once Award the prize and set that card aside so the same win is not redeemed twice. On a PerksVisit hosted night, staff can scan the card and confirm the win against the songs already played.

Print sample vs hosted night

The PDF from the public generator is for table play. It is not tied to live verification until a PerksVisit game night is set up for your venue. Hosting, song-by-song playback, and one-time prize claim are part of that setup—not a public unlock code.

Bring the same guests back next week

Bingo fills a night. A digital punch card is what regulars keep between events: a Google Wallet pass, stamps at the bar, and a reward when the card fills.
